Manufactured from alloy steel by hot forging, the product passed 10 million cycles of fatigue tests without failure, showing outstanding strength and durability.
Yangtze's High Relief Joint Bars with High Crack Resistant Material are manufactured through hot forging and CNC milling. These joint bars are designed for rails with head wear ranging from 1/8" to 9/16". Made from special alloy steel, the joint bars exhibit better mechanical properties than current AREMA and ASTM A49 standard and withstand extreme climate conditions.
